Recent statistics show that 27% of employees in the German economy have a migrant background and as a company with a vibrant and diverse mix of talents, we are committed to fostering an environment of inclusivity and openness where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
That is why we are reducing our logo size by 27% on our company page on LinkedIn in solidarity with the initiative.
