On the road for Zero Emissions
The Stadtradeln challenge which is organized by the KLIMA BÜNDNIS came to an end on July 9th. 15 colleagues from our offices in Opfingen, Endingen, and Frankfurt came together and cycled 3.066 km in total. We helped save 469.7 kg of CO₂ emissions in the span of the last three weeks. Our star cyclist Hanie Ghasemy from Frankfurt leads our team with 608.6 km, followed by Ingo Schendel with 470.3 km and Sören Heß with 358.8 km – both also from Frankfurt with a remarkable performance.
We are proud to have a team with so much passion and effort for a more sustainable world. We believe this challenge brought a new and refreshing sense of team spirit to PLC2 employees, therefore we will continue this challenge under the premise of Hanie Ghasemy’s own words:
»I guess the point of this competition is integrating cycling into everyday life, and see, although the car may seem a convenient way to go around, biking is moreeee fun. Hope we will continue this initiative and bike more.«
